Download & Configure App
Download app on the Google play or Apple store and link your health data.
View Results
Watch your health progression and receive personalised information that will support you.
Data collection from your wearable devices
If enabled, the app collects data from your wearable devices: blood pressure, step count, exercise duration and heart rate.
Integrated with your preferred tracker
The data is extracted from your preferred activity tracker GoogleFit, Apple Healthkit, Withings’s Health Mate and Mi Fit.
All study participants data analysed
Using machine learning and artificial intelligence to process and analyse your data (along with data collected from others) aiming to improve user engagement with the app during the study.
